Condemned are a death metal / deathgrind band from Belfast, Northern Ireland. ==Biography== The band was started by drummer Willy Taylor and Davey Foster in 1993, but Willy has remained constant throughout the different line-ups the band has had over the years. Guitarist Steve Moore joined the band shortly after its conception. The band, starting out as a heavy-metal band, have developed their sound over the years including influences from old-school death metal, heavy metal, technical death metal, funk, grind and bizarrely for the genre, dance music. Since the release of their CDs ''Prelude'' and ''Somebody Stop...'' the band played a number of gigs overseas including shows with Napalm Death, Extreme Noise Terror and Desecration. On 4 July 2003 the band was included as part of ''Terrorizer'' magazine's Northern Irish scene report.〔Terrorizer Magazine - N. Ireland Scene Report. Issue No. 111 (July 4, 2003)〕 After some problems with the line-up and the loss of two consecutive practice areas around 2004, Michael Ardill was recruited on bass duties. The band decided to stay as a four-piece and the album, ''...And That’s How I Found Them'', was recorded between February and March 2005. After the recording, the band embarked upon a full UK tour as main support alongside England's Nailed with Sweden's Visceral Bleeding.〔Zero Tolerance Magazine.
